Private Lessons

If you are a new or beginner rider we strive to offer 1-2 private lessons then we encourage you to join a group lesson. Summers are a very busy and private lessons are limited due to our busiest Season. Please indicate if you are interested in Private lessons and we will do our very best to coordinate.

POLICIES: Lessons need to be purchased prior to scheduling. They can be rolled over, but they will not be refunded. The purpose of filling out this form is to better assist with scheduling and to notify of any changes. Please email wheatlandvalleystables@gmail.com for any questions or notifications. There is no longer a business phone to avoid disruption or safety issues around the horses and lessons. Lessons are subject to weather related conditions and will not be charged due to weather related cancellations. If lessons are cancelled, you will be notified via an automated text message similar to the lesson appointment reminders. Riders must come to lessons prepared wearing pants, boots, and helmets. As the weather cools down, please dress appropriately. There are heated vests, helmets, boots etc available for sale thru the website. When arriving for lessons, please wait in your vehicle until it is your time for lessons. When picking up after lessons, please wait for your rider to be dismissed. To avoid accidents and injuries, anyone not in the lesson is permitted from being in the barn and contact with the horses. Please be mindful of using the restroom prior to lessons since there is not a formal public restroom. Parents are welcome to stay and watch lessons, but extended family or outside visitors need permission. Please be mindful that Wheatland is a personal homestead and a business so outside photography can only be taken if personal properties are excluded from any photographs or videos. No smoking is allowed on the premises. No touching or feeding the animals. *
